i learned what makes this glitch happen, you can collect both light and dark memory 24/7, but you can only progress either light OR dark, finally, alone in the dark is teh quest to force the game to spawn shiny enemies, the quest states "the cyst has mutated" and shiny enemies spawn

Bungie is killing me with this stuff. The amount of rerunning, backtracking and rehashing runarounds we need to do to get one simple thing done because Bungie still hasn't fixed it is insane.

So I gave her the searing accusation on my first playthrough but failed her questline but on my second playthrough (non ng+) I didn’t get the searing accusation from that same spot is that a glitch or will I have to just wait and start a third playthrough for her questline

For anyone watching this during The Final Shape or later, the only thing you need to do now is run the Exotic Mission on Normal to get the Exotic bow and then for each run you do on Legend, you'll get an intrinsic perk and a catalyst for it. The constellation quests and chests are no longer required. Also, the mission is on a weekly rotator which means it is only available for one week at a time.

They should fix this already it is so annoying

I struggled with this quest and realized its not bugged like most people are saying. For those stuck at 14/15 Cyst i believe the one most people are missing is in Sword dance behind a lava cluster you can only break with the sword you summon during the mission. Look for a narrow doorway covered with that clustered ash and break it with that sword and the cyst is right behind it. When it comes to motes search YT for a mote guide and you will collect all of the ones placed on the map in no time, the others will drop from the overthrow bosses.

Ok so I have the exotic mote, acquired the legendary khvostov, inserted all the visions of the traveler and I still cant get the chest to open. Mine doesnt say anything either.

Which is the easiest to run 3 for the journey level 8? I ran two before I got to the level and the two I did didn’t count. The iconoclasm one is going to take me all 105 days left lmao

The cyst that drops them is the one marked for the "Alone in the Dark" repeatable quest.

It would be nice if the helmet mod would have a function to raise/lower the visor so we wouldn't have to take off the helmets if we wanted to see more clearly.

A planet I would definitely recommend checking out is pyraas 2 in the pyraas system, it's got to be one of the most diverse planets I've ever come across, it has purple deserts with mushroom cacti, mountains with red flora, and even a savannah with tall long grass. Some of the fauna there are super weird too just watch out for the huge shrimps in the savannah, they're no joke.

You know, you're the first person I've seen to actually claim me and very meticulously explained what was needing to happen period I watched all the big youtubers and they suck. You explain this in a way that I understood it you highlighted what I needed to do and I explained it to my buddy and now we both get it period thank you you've earned my subscription and to be honest you're probably going to be the first you 2 but I don't need money too
